Valais at Beas River will cover over 1.7 million square feet and have 300 houses developed in two phases: Valais I and Valais II. There will be an assortment of house types and sizes – detached or semi-detached with vast private gardens. Valais will be just a three-minute drive from Huanggang, and International Finance Centre in Central will only be about 30 minutes away by driving and about 25 minutes to International Commerce Centre at Kowloon Station.
