The Latitude will have five luxury residential towers with 1,159 units. Typical units will range from 571 to 2,032 square feet with one to four bedrooms. Most large units with views of Victoria Harbour will measure over 1,000 square feet. Special units and penthouses are also available. The planned Kai Tak MTR station on the Sha Tin to Central Link will be a mere six-minute walk from the development via the proposed landscaped pedestrian flyover. The development's metropolitan landmark status will be reflected in its façade, unit layouts and clubhouse facilities.
