Oceancrest is the fifth phase of Park Island. Over 80% of the 1,212 units have two-bedroom layouts. Typical units range from about 620 to 1,000 square feet, with six types of special units measuring approximately 1,800 to 1,900 square feet. Most units have balconies. Park Island has comprehensive transport. There are ferries to Central and Tsuen Wan and shuttle buses to the Tsing Yi, Kwai Fong and Tsuen Wan MTR stations and Hong Kong Airport, connecting with the rest of the city via railway, the Airport Express and West Rail.
