Beijing APM at 138 Wangfujing Dajie is a famous landmark in Beijing. The mall is one of the city's largest and most popular shopping destinations. It was named one of the Top Ten Beijing Construction Projects of the 90s in a poll of Beijing citizens.

Nanhai Plaza is a nine-storey shopping mall in Foshan City with a gross floor area of 640,000 square feet. Tenants include a supermarket, cinema, food street and restaurants, as well as a five-level department store. Traffic flow increased after the Group had upgraded the mall and refined its tenant mix and image.

The mall's nearly 1.4 million square feet of premium retail space has attracted large international stores including FENDI, Dior, Cartier, Salvatore Ferragamo and Louis Vuitton.  It also has a Thai Central department store, Din Tai Fung, Jade Garden, PAGE ONE, MUJI, OLE supermarket, icelink, food court and more, setting new standards for Hangzhou. The mall opened on April 22, 2010.
