Light and healthy sea cucumber temptations at The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant

The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant is featuring a selection of sea cucumber temptations. Executive chef Sze Fai has created a selection of delightful seafood delicacies by preparing these delicious morsels with Chinese cooking methods.

Sea cucumbers are rich in protein and low in fat and cholesterol, and are particularly healthy.

Special recommendations include braised sea cucumber with abalone – a combination of two luxurious ingredients that is delicious and nourishing, sea cucumber stuffed with shrimp paste topped with crab roe, sautéed sea cucumber with Chinese leeks, braised sea cucumber and fish maw, stir-fried sea cucumber, shredded abalone and bean sprouts and braised sea cucumber with goose web. Other creative dish such as pan-fried lobster steak and fried noodles with eel in soya sauce are also included on the menu. Father’s day is coming soon, and the new sea cucumber menu would be a great choice for dad!

Also now being featured is a selection of new dim sum items, including steamed scallop dumplings with black truffle, steamed bird’s nest dumpling with chopped Yunnan ham, deep-fried mashed shrimp and goose liver rolls and baked mashed coconut sweet bun.

Visit The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant soon and enjoy chef Sze’s new recommended menu. Reservations may be made by calling 2724 2666.
