Larvotto luxury waterfront residences in Island South
Exclusives by Miele membership and appliances

Larvotto is a new luxury residential project being built in Island South. It has a prime waterfront location with lush surroundings and a 270° entrancing sea view that will make it the latest prestige address. It will offer Exclusives by Miele memberships as part of the refined lifestyle. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency announced details of the collaboration today (15 April) with Miele. Noted Japanese NOBU executive chef Oyvind Naesheim was also on hand to demonstrate the exceptional gastronomy.

About Larvotto

Larvotto is being developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Kerry Properties and Paliburg Holdings. The site is on the prime Island South seashore with a 270° sea view stretching from Aberdeen Marina Club to Ocean Park and Aberdeen Channel, with a rolling mountain view. The project has a site of over 180,000 square feet and will provide nine low-density luxury buildings in a 320-metre single line to offer perfect views for each of the 715 top-quality apartments. Most standard units will measure between 1,000 and 2,600 square feet, with special units also available.
