Note:

  1. With effect from 1 July 2005, the Group has adopted the new/revised Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards, Hong Kong Accounting Standards and Interpretations issued by Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants which are effective for accounting periods beginning on or after 1 January 2005. Figures for the year 2005 have been restated for comparison purposes.
  2. Figures of fixed assets and intangible assets for the years 2005 to 2008 have been restated to reflect the Group's adoption of HK(IFRIC)-12 "Service Concession Arrangements".
  3. Underlying profit attributable to the Company's shareholders excluded the effect of fair value changes on investment properties.
